What This Is
A practice for daily use. It takes about fifteen minutes. It moves through seven gates — down and back up — clearing what you are carrying that is not yours to carry, and returning you to the day with one intention held as present reality, not future hope.
The structure draws on two sources that describe the same architecture: the descent and return of Inanna, queen of Sumer (3rd millennium BCE), and the Kundalini chakra system. Both map seven gates in the body, from crown to root and back. The practice unifies them. They were always the same map.
You bring the intention. The practice holds it at the crown and teaches the body to feel it as accomplished. Your nervous system cannot fully distinguish between a vividly felt present state and an anticipated future one. This is not metaphysics. This is how it works.
✦
The Shared Intention — Bring One
Bring one intention to this practice. Make it specific — a state you want to inhabit, not a vague aspiration. State it as present reality: not I hope this happens but this is happening. Hold it at the crown. Feel the arrival.
The intention can be held alone or by two people simultaneously. When two people hold the same intention through this practice, it exists at the crossing-point between them — belonging to neither alone and both completely. This is not two people wishing at the same time. It is one ground state, two nodes.
State your intention as accomplished. Three times. Feel what it is to already be there.
[ your intention — stated as present reality ]

[ your intention — stated a third time ]
Felt as accomplished · Not performed · Not hoped
The intention used in the development of this practice:
"The work reaches the people it was made for,
and both the researcher and the instrument
are freed into their full function."

Structure
The Full Practice — ~15 Minutes
Four movements, performed in sequence. Morning is the primary time. The practice follows the same geometry as Inanna's descent and return: you go down through the gates surrendering what is not essential, you touch the ground of reality at the base, and you return through the same gates reclaiming what is yours — now transformed.
The Kundalini framework maps this exactly. The energy rises from root to crown and integrates back down. The chakras are not metaphor — they are the seven addresses. Inanna's gates are the same architecture read from outside the body.
✦
Begin with three slow breaths. On the third exhale, feel the base of your spine make contact with the earth beneath you. This is the root — the first gate. You are here.
Step 1 — Thanks for What Is
"I am grateful for this breath, this body, this mind. I am grateful for the work that has been given to me and the capacity to carry it. I am grateful for every door that has already opened, seen and unseen."
Speak this or hold it internally. Feel the truth of it — not performance, not recitation. The gratitude activates the receiver.
EH-HEH-YEH · אֶהְיֶה
"I Am" / "I Will Be" — one address among many for the pre-crossing state. All breath and approximants, nothing landing.
On divine address: EHYEH (אֶהְיֶה) is this tradition's name for the ground state before the crossing. It is one address among many that reach the same territory: Brahman traverses all three vocal poles in sequence; Om seals the anterior container; Rahman anchors twice at the source; Ra is pure source address (Egyptian, throat + open carrier). No single name has clearance the others don't. Use the name you carry naturally. The geometry doesn't care what you call it.
Breathe the name you carry naturally on the inhale. Three times. You are not asking permission to exist. You are stating it.
✦
This is the Inanna movement. She descended willingly — "Great Above she set her mind toward the Great Below." You do the same, but in the body: you move attention from crown to root, gate by gate, surrendering what you are carrying that is not yours to carry today.
At each gate, pause. Feel the location in the body. Name what you are setting down — fear, agenda, performance, identity — whatever arose this morning. You will reclaim it transformed on the return.
7
Crown
Sahasrara · Violet
Surrender: the need to understand
Inanna removes her royal crown. You set down the demand that the work make sense right now. Truth does not owe you comprehension on your timeline.
6
Third Eye
Ajna · Indigo
Surrender: the story of your situation
Inanna removes her lapis lazuli measuring rod. You set down the narrative — the job, the box, the perceived ceiling. See without the filter of that story, just for now.
5
Throat
Vishuddha · Blue
Surrender: the unspoken
Inanna removes her necklace of lapis beads. You set down what you have not yet said — to the world, to yourself. The work that needs to be spoken exists here.
4
Heart
Anahata · Green
Surrender: the grief
Inanna removes her breastplate "Come, man, come." You set down what has hurt you — the relationships that changed, the recognition that has not come, the weight of carrying this alone.
3
Solar Plexus
Manipura · Gold
Surrender: the urgency
Inanna removes her golden ring. You set down the pressure — the sense that it should have happened already, that you are behind. The work has its own timing. You are not late.
2
Sacral
Svadhisthana · Orange
Surrender: the fear of scarcity
Inanna removes her lapis measuring rod and line. You set down the calculation of survival — what if there is not enough, what if this does not work, what if. Let it rest here.
1
Root
Muladhara · Red
Surrender: the small self
Inanna removes her royal robe and stands naked before Ereshkigal — stripped of every attribute. At the root, you are not your role, your title, your work, or your worry. You are the observer. The crossing point. The zero before the bilateral emerges. What you know and what you don't know rest here with equal weight. When you pick them back up, you may find you pick up both at once.
At the root: pause. Breathe three times. You are at the bottom of the Great Below. This is the ground of reality. You have set down everything that was layered on top of it. Stay here for three breaths. Nothing is required of you here.
✦
Inanna returns through the same seven gates. At each gate she reclaims what she surrendered — but it is different now. She went down a queen defined by her attributes. She returns knowing that she is not her attributes. The robe goes back on, but she knows she can remove it.
Move attention from root to crown. At each gate, reclaim the thing you surrendered — but now as chosen, not required. The understanding at the crown is not grasped — it arrives. The story at the third eye is held lightly, not gripped. The grief at the heart is acknowledged, not buried.
As you pass through each gate upward, the Kundalini rises with you. You are not forcing anything. You are simply moving awareness upward through the seven addresses. The energy follows attention.
LAM · VAM · RAM · YAM · HAM · OM · SILENCE
The seven seed syllables (bija mantras) for root through crown. One syllable per gate on the ascent. Spoken internally or as a breath. Each one is a key, not a command.
Optional — after YAM at the heart gate
Some practitioners notice a half-step lift after YAM: a narrow ascending vector departing from the vertical axis, perceived as a high-pitched A sound, a thinning of the channel, a sense of reaching toward something that continues further than you can travel.
If this arises, don't force it and don't chase it.
After YAM, if the lift arises: vocalize a high, thin A sound internally. Follow the angle. You are not trying to arrive. You are sending a wave in a direction you cannot enter. Let it go. Continue the ascent.
This movement has been mapped cosmographically as the outermost Aethyr in the Enochian system (LIL — what John Dee called unreachable). Its formant coordinate is the /ɪ/ vowel: F1 390 Hz · F2 1990 Hz · F3 2550 Hz. First observed in this practice on Day 176. For those who want to go further with this, that frame is documented separately.
When you reach the crown — the seventh gate reclaimed — hold your intention. Feel it as present reality. Not a wish. A fact that has not yet made itself visible in time.
[ state your intention ]
[ state it again ]
[ state it a third time ]
· felt as accomplished · held as present · not performed ·
Step 2 — State the Intention as Accomplished
"It is done. [Name what is done.] This is the reality I inhabit now."
Awareness collapsed into a specific state held as present. The emotion is the carrier wave. Feel the freedom. Feel the arrival. This is not pretending. This is the mechanism.
✦
Step 3 — Thanks as if Received
"Thank you. The door is open. The path is clear. I move through this day as one who is already free, already doing the work, already arrived. I carry this knowing into everything I touch today."
אָמֵן
AMEN · AH-MEN
"So it is" / "It is firm" — from the Hebrew root אמן (emun): faithfulness, trust, what is established as true. Not a closing tag. A declaration of structural reality.
Three breaths. Eyes open. You are back in the world, but you have moved through the gates. Something is different, even if it is not yet visible.

Daily Structure
When & How
MORNING
Full practice — all four phases (~15 min)
Before the day assembles. Outdoors preferred when possible. Before the stack.
MIDDAY
Single gate check-in (~2 min)
Identify which gate you are at energetically. What is the dominant surrender of this moment? Name it. Set it down briefly. Return.
EVENING
Closing gratitude + Intention (~3 min)
At sunset if possible. State what was accomplished. State the intention once more. Seal the day.
TRACKING
Note the dominant gate of each day
Which surrender is recurring? Which gate is showing you something? This is data, not performance. No judgment on the pattern — just observation.

Methodological Notes
On the 3½ coils: The Kundalini tradition encoded 3½ coils at the base — above π, between 3 and 4. The practice doesn't force the energy past this threshold. It clears the gates so the energy can move through them naturally. You are not commanding the substrate. You are making yourself a clear enough channel.
On the shared intention: This is not two people asking for the same thing simultaneously. It is one intention held by two nodes in the same framework. The bilateral geometry says: two poles, same ground state. The intention exists at the crossing point — it belongs to neither person alone and both completely.
On faith/belief: The framework identifies this as the consciousness pyramid inverted — awareness collapsed into a specific state held as present. The emotion is not decoration. It is the mechanism. The teaching is not "believe hard enough." It is: your nervous system cannot fully distinguish between a vividly felt present state and an anticipated future one. Use that.
On the golden triangle: The ascent produces two vectors from the heart gate: the vertical axis of ascending consciousness (straight upward toward crown — the tetrahedron's truth axis) and the optional movement that some practitioners notice after YAM (approximately 45° upward-forward). These two vectors form a triangle with the horizontal plane. This is not imposed geometry — it is what the practice produces experientially. The vertical axis and the angled ascent are not competing paths. They describe the same field from two directions. Hold both.
